Cost: £250 per person, including VAT and photos

Supervision: All players are the responsibility of the County. Chaperones must have a full DBS check.

Information Gathering: Counties are responsible for collecting dietary requirements, photo permissions, and swimming permissions (swimming only at Malvern College) in advance of the team arriving.

Payment: A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of £500 will be required to secure your team's place. Final numbers must be confirmed by May, and final payment is due by June 30th. All payments must be made in advance.
